UK Student Visa

Student Visa Checklist for UK

If you have been issued a CAS letter or your medium of education is English, then you are not required to provide your English proficiency proof. In case you don’t meet the above criteria, you may be asked to take exams like IELTS and TOEFL.

Proof of Funds can be financial sponsorship, government sponsorship, student loan, bank letter and statement under you or your parents’ name.
The result of Tuberculosis Test
For the visa approval, students have to show their Tuberculosis Test from the certified hospital. This test is necessary if you are going to stay in Uk for more than six months. You may also be asked for the sputum sample if your x-ray test result is not accurate.

If your age is under 18 and you want someone to come with you to help you with your accommodation and other needs, then you need proof for them that they are your consonant guardian. UK General Tier 4 and Short term Visa requirements
You must be enrolled at an Australian university to be eligible to apply for a student visa. Once you accept the offer letter and deposit the fee, you’ll receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from the school. This document is essential to begin your visa application process.
Biometric enrolment
Students who are applying for a UK Tier 4 General and Child visa are required to provide their biometric details and information at the visa application centre. Kindly note that your visa application will only be processed after the successful submission of biometric details.
Pay for healthcare
While applying for a UK student visa with validity for more than 6 months, you’ll have to submit Immigration Healthcare Surcharge or IHS along with your visa application. When applying online, students will be asked to mention the course date, and start and end date of the certificate of sponsorship. NHS costs around £300 to £400 per year, so you’ll need to submit the total amount as per your course duration
English language test
Students are required to submit the level B2 Secure English Language Test(SELT) to prove their knowledge of the English language. In case you are taking admission based on MOI- Medium of Instruction then you’ll need to submit the MOI letter issued by the educational institutes.
